Happy Planning

Day of Coordination

Day of Wedding Coordination - Starts at 3 months out from the wedding date. $1,200

Planning Includes:

  • Two scheduled virtual meetings 
  • One Venue Walk Thru
  • Unlimited communication by email
  • Free access to our inventory with booking of Floral Rentals
  • Putting together a detailed wedding timeline and sharing to collaborating vendors
  • Assistance with the organization of the bridal party processional, recessional, grand entrance
  • One hour ceremony rehearsal day before wedding
  • Assistance with creating and designing of a digital floor plans

AND

  • At least two Professional Coordinators: one lead coordinator and one assisting coordinator
  • Help setting up and breaking down, includes things such as:
  • ​Personal items: setting out toasting glasses, guest cards, cake cutting set, pictures, etc.
  • Help with breaking down the personal items at the end of the night
  • Organizing and assisting with the setup and teardown of the ceremony and reception
  • Ensure personal items (decor, cards/gifts, guestbook, etc.) are collected and loaded into designated vehicle
  • Running the ceremony processional
  • Running reception events. This can include: Bride and Groom entrance, first dances, Dinner dismissal, cake cutting, toasts, any changes that may occur throughout the night, etc.)
  • Assistance with boutonniere and corsages pin ons
  • Being the point of contact for all vendors, wedding party, and guests
  • Distributing final payments and/or tips to vendors

Partial Planning

Partial Planning - Starts at 6 Months out date: $2,000

Planning

  • Provided a monthly to-do checklist to help with planning process
  • Vendor recommendations sheet and booking help
  • Unlimited communication by email
  • One-on-one virtual meetings every other month until Wedding Day
  • One Venue Walk Thru
  • Wedding advice and tips to make your day flow smoother
  • 25 % off all our inventory or Free access to our inventory with booking of Floral Rentals
  • Creating a detailed wedding timeline and share to collaborating vendors
  • Assistance with creating and designing of a digital floor plans
